Welcome to MyBinding How To videos. Today's topic is how to edit a wire bound document. Needing to go back and edit a finished book is a common problem. So with a wire bind, you first must remove the wire bind and replace it with a new spine. And it's much easier than you might think. First off, you need to locate the seam of the spine. And then on one end, with a small tool or pliers, or even your fingers, you simply pull the loose end. Pull it just a little bit, tug it away, and you'll see that it will begin to unravel really easily. Hold tight to your project as you pull all the way down the spine, removing it completely. A close up on that is here's the end, pull it out. And you'll see the wire bind just unravel all the way down. And that's it. Edit your book and bind again.
