The Martin Yale SP200 scores and perforates cards and tickets into a tent style (folded in half). Thicker paper types cannot be folded in a typical manner. Instead, to prevent unsightly cracking or tearing, a scoring or perforating machine will make tiny piercings for clean folds in thicker materials. Place any paper width between 3.5" to 12" by adjusting the paper guides. The SP200 will score or perforate (or both) down the center for an even, symmetrical fold. Use it for special business cards, greeting cards, or events with tickets. The SP200 is fast and efficient, perfect for big jobs.

The perforation wheel does have the ability to move. You would need to move the guide roller to the edge with the perforation roller so it has support so the paper does not roll.
