The Phoenix 27" Professional Dual Heat Production Roll Laminator is an economical easy-to-use roll laminator that is perfect for production environments. Designed to offer maximum flexibility, this laminator allows the use of either 1" or 2-1/4" core laminating films in thicknesses of 1.5 mil to 10.0 mil. The Phoenix 27" Production Model can also be gapped incrementally at settings of 1/16", 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" to accomplish mounting on a large variety of substrates. This roll laminator can laminate documents up to 27" wide. The Phoenix 27" Production Model includes the latest in safety innovations and energy saving technology. Safety measures include: an advanced safety shield, a safety feed table, as well as a standby mode. To conserve energy, the machine will drop into a sleep mode (175°) if unit has been idle for 1/2 hour. If there is no activity on the unit for 2 hours, the heaters turn off. The 2700 DHP roll laminator is powerful and easy to use it offers adjustable temperature controls and a convenient Fahrenheit digital temperature readout. The 2700 DHP roll laminator is powerful and easy to use it offers adjustable temperature controls and a convenient Fahrenheit digital temperature readout. There are 10 variable speed controls in a unique reverse function to clear any existing film. Internal fans keep the unit cool and prevent heavier films from warping. A sturdy feed tray with a paper guide allows the operator to adjust for any project up to 27 inches in width. A removable safety shield prevents contact with the rollers during the laminating process. The feed tray is also removable but the machine will not run if it is detached and is an important safety feature. Two and a quarter inch diameter heated rollers may be incrementally gapped from 1/16 to ¼ inch on any project thickness. The 2700 DHP loads quickly and easily, it accommodates from 1.5 to 10 mil thickness on one and two and a quarter inch cores. Operators may also mount materials up to ¼ inch thick. It is perfect for many types of substrates including pouch boards, mounting boards and gear boards. Laminate materials up to 27 inches wide, run posters and other large applications, easily produce single and double sided lamination by using one or both rolls.
